Notifications preferences on/off icons UI problem on mobile

      To reproduce, go to the notification preferences page.
      Reduce the size of the screen to fit a mobile device. The two horizontal button on a cell are now vertically aligned but have no space between them. (see screenshot)

      I think it should be better to have some margin here.
