We have problem that moodle does not show any warning messages when we modify quiz questions which are linked to many quizzes. We do get warning messages when using Embedded answers (Cloze). But when using Multiple choice,True/False, Short answer, Numerical etc. no warning messages will come if we modify questions which are linked to other quizzes. That's huge lack! User does not notice that he is changing also other quizzes questions.

Steps:
1) Create quiz with numeric question.
2) Copy quiz.
3) Open copy and edit question.
4) See what happens in first quiz and question in there.

No warning messages will appear. Should come when editing question.
