Drag and drop text overlaps border in editor 'Manage files'.

      1. Select the 'Clean' theme.
      2. In a course, turn editing on and add a 'Label'.
      3. Click on the 'Manage files' button in the editor (ATTO or TinyMCE).
      4. Observe the overlapping text on the border.

      The text in the drag and drop area of the 'Manage files' dialog overlaps the border. Tested in 'Clean' theme but believed to be in 'bootstrapbase'.
