When and if a student's attempt is deleted the completion criteria does not update to remove that completion. This causes issues for our staff and systems in giving false positives when evaluating student progress and status.

I found that there was a discussion of what should happen if settings change, this is different as the attempt that triggered completion being deleted (say a student completes an examination using proctoring, but the proctoring event identified an issue [cheating, etc.]) even if the student's attempt is deleted the completion remains for that course (having received a grade)
