Error message when student submits locked quiz in 2.8.

      This is a minor issue, but I thought that I would mention it to you.

      I have debugging turned on.

      In Moodle 2.8, when a student submits a quiz that has been locked in the grade book, an error message is displayed "Error output, so disabling automatic redirect."

      This did not occur in Moodle 2.7. It might have something to do with the newer programming code related to the changes in the grade book, in 2.8.
