Could not load preference pup_provider_moodle_instantmessage_permitted

The ISP can't help me.

The Site administration settings are:

SMTP hosts --> mail.domainname.gr:465
SMTP security --> SSL
SMTP username --> user@domainname.gr
SMTP password --> password
