MDL-47734-master -
While playing with Moodle recently, some annoying (automagic) scrolls have been detected.
Surely they don't share the same origins/causes but all them are scrolls and annoying, hence putting all them under this issue umbrella.
Cases:
A) Course page just loaded, with edit enabled. First click to "Add an activity or resource" causes a very small scroll. Can verify it by closing the "add activity modal dialog".
B) Moved to MDL-47739: Creating a new assignment activity, it scrolls to the middle of the form (not sure if related to MDL-47733 or no).
C) New grade history report, when the pick users button is pressed, the whole background is scrolled. Surely causing MDL-47397 since some weeks ago.
D) ....
We should try to kill all those unexpected scrolls ASAP.
