Log in as an admin.

Browse to a course.

Browse to edit setting and scroll down until you find Course Summary files.

Click add and then click cancel.

Check that your browser is still at roughly the same position on the page.

Click add and select a file.

When the dialogue disappears check your position again.

Test some other dialogues e.g.

Atto Text editor add an image popup
