Calculated weights do not ignore the items with the grade type none

      1. Restore the backup attached to this issue
      2. Navigate to the course and check the weights of the categories
        • They are all automatic and the weights should be pretty straightforward
      3. Edit the manual item "Assignment 5" and set it to 'Text'
        • make sure you cannot change the weight, weightoverride or extra credit fields
        • Once saved, make sure the column weight is empty for that item
      4. Re-confirm that the weights are correct.

      Pretty strange to reproduce, but the backup file attached demonstrates the problem. Basically there is a glossary with no ratings enable and a grade type of none, but the grade type still has a weight of 20, causing all the weights to be inaccurate.

      We need to prevent the grade type none from interfering with the weights.
