Steps to reproduce (as tested on http://school.demo.moodle.net):

1. Log in as a user and send a message to another user
2. Log out then log in as an admin and check the user's activity log

Messaging activity is not listed under standard log nor legacy log. It was listed in versions prior to 2.6 however.
