Hi everybody

1. select "Maximum upload size" in course administration with 2MB
2. add activity Assignment
3. Maximum submission size propose values between 10KB to 1MB

The maximum choice display "Activity upload limit (1MB)" but the real limit is the limit of the course (2MB).

This problem appear in all activities with upload limit possible.

This bug appear during weekly update of 2.5.1 around middle of august.

Thanks a lot to correct this bug.

Exact moodle version : Moodle 2.5.1+ (Build: 20130823)

PS: It's a new bug I never show it in previous Moodle version (1.8.xx until now)
