Testing Instructions:
- Create a couse
- Add a self enrolment method
  - Set start date to today, 00:00
  - Set end date to today, one hour in the future
- Try to enrol with an user and see enrollment is open

Change enrolenddate from "date_selector" to "date_time_selector" so i can set the correct hour to close enrolments (and avoid confusion with last day, because moodle tests current time against the first minute of the day set in enrolenddate).

Replication steps:

Add a self enrolment method
- Set start date to today
- Set end date to today
Try to enrol with an user and see enrollment is not open
