We recently came across with the need to control/manage certain moodle courses backups.This task has failed,since the only way is to cross reference the hash found in the mysql with the id of each backup found on the folder levels.In addition, in order to delete just one backup you need to go through 2 steps (at the minimum). Currently, there is no way to view/manage the courses backup from a single point. The current situation offered, is only at a course level. The improvement ,if possible, must offer a single point of view for all the courses backups and on top of that, provide the necessary tools to manage (e.g delete,copy,rename) any course backup.
