      Hello,
I am a SCORM and Hot Potatoes user (Rouen Uni, France), this problem applies to both activities and is important to people like me

      Description:
To repeat the bug do the following:

-Create two html files (from HP or any SCROM software). They must have a Hyperlink to an image (image.jpg).
-The two llinks must point toward that same unique image, with a relative link such as: image/image.jpg
-upload to your "private files" folder a zip file containing the 2 separate html files and the one image file.
Alternatively you can use the SCORM activities I uploaded with this post.

At any rate, the zipped content is:
      -----------------
1.html (or SCROM zipped folder containing an html file of the same nature)
2.html (or SCROM zipped folder containing an html file of the same nature)
      sub FOLDER
      image.jpg
      -----------------

      -Unzip the content.
-Create the activity (return to course view and select add activity, choose SCORM etc...)

Now to update the "image.jpg" file:

      -return to "private files".
-upload from your local drive a new "image.jpg" to the "image" folder (this one should differ from
the previous one (change color for example).
You are prompted with a choice: rename or overwrite.
      -Choose "overwrite".

      This produces an error:

"Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: PHP catchable fatal error"

      Thanks for your help,
      Greatly appreciated
      Philippe
