Site news forum is translated just once

      Steps to reproduce :
      1. install a fresh site
      2. install a language package (french for example, the string is translated)
      4. go to "Site administration > Front page > Front page settings"
      5. select "News item" in the "Front page" menu
      6. click "Save changes"
      7. go to the home page and look at the site news forum label
      8. change the language

      Result :
      all the block labels have changed except the site news one

      Expected :
      the site news label is translated with the current language translation
