Should be able to remove "email address" column from Grader Report

      I just upgraded from 2.1.+ to 2.2. I notice a new column titled "email address" in the Grader Report, with no ability to turn this off. I really don't like seeing columns added to this already very wide report, and especially think that we should have the ability to turn it off.
