I try to edit some language files in Moodle 2.0 dev (20100406). Logged in as an admin with the permissions 'moodle/site:langeditlocal' and 'moodle/site:langeditmaster' it is impossible to see or to edit the strings. Is this correct? In the past there was no problem with this tool.

I get the following error on http://mysite.org/moodle/admin/lang.php
You do not have permission to customize the strings translation. This permission is controlled by the capability "moodle/site:langeditlocal". Set this capability to allow you to edit local language packages in case you want to modify translations for your site.
