Once there is a central translation portal, the tool for local language customization must be re-implemented. The thing we must discuss carefully yet is the format in which the strings are sent from sites back into AMOS. We need to keep some meta-information (like who is the author of the proposal, against which revisions of strings the customization was done etc.) so I (David) incline to use some sort of XML format for this.
