📝 Description:

We’re using the tool_trigger plugin in Moodle with mod_checklist, but there are a few issues that need fixing:

1. Multiple Emails for Each Checklist Item:

• Current Issue: An email is sent for each checklist item checked by the student, causing too many emails.

• Expected Behavior: Only one email should be sent when the entire checklist is completed (i.e., all items are checked). The event should trigger once the checklist is fully submitted.

2. Progress Bar Not Updating for Students:

• Current Issue: When the checklist requires both student and teacher updates, the progress bar does not update for the student until the teacher verifies it.

• Expected Behavior: The progress bar should update for the student as items are checked, but color-coded red or yellow until teacher verification, with a message indicating that completion is pending teacher approval.

3. Teacher Not Notified When Checklist is Completed by Student:

• Current Issue: The teacher is not notified when a student checks all items and is waiting for teacher verification.

• Expected Behavior: The teacher should receive an email when the student completes the checklist, indicating that it’s awaiting teacher verification.
