When clicking the item in quick succession, such like a double-click, the progress bar and score does not match.

Replication:

1. Create a course and enrol a student user.
2. Go to the course and turn edit mode to On.
3. Add a Checklist activity.
4. Add one item.
5. Log in as a student user and go to the activity.
6. You will see 0%.
7. Click the item first.
8. Result: You will see progress bar all green and score is 100%.
9. Click the item again.
10. Result: You will see progress bar all green and score is 0%.
11. Now click the item two times in quick succession, like a double-click.
12. Result: You will see the progress bar all green but the score is 0%
