Translation plugin: Existing Translation manager language filter shows error: File not found

      If you install the Translation manager and filter and go to Site Administration > Language > Content translation manager when you click the Language list and choose another language it redirects to page: /admin/tool/edit.php?pagefilter&searchlang=af

      and shows an empty page saying 'File not found.'
