The issue

When enabling the setting to 'Show strings in footer' all the headings and links appearing in the page are listed at the bottom of the page, unless you are translating Quizzes or are on a site admin page. On the quiz questions page, the links to the translatable text should also appear at the bottom of the page. Not the top!

At the moment, in Quizzes and on site admin pages, all the links are displayed above the page.
