Error "Missing TABLES section" in question type "ou_dnd_wordstotext" stops upgrading

      I have just updated to the latest MOODLE_18_STABLE. I am unable to finish the upgrade due to following error:

      ou_dnd_wordstotext plugin needs upgrading
      Errors found in XMLDB file: Missing TABLES section

      question/type/ou_dnd_wordstotext/db/install.xml is an empty template file without any tables definition.
