Errors in XMLDB file in spelling qtype plugin

      I have just updated to the latest MOODLE_18_STABLE. An error appeared in the question/type/spelling plugin that blocks the upgrade process:

      Errors found in XMLDB file: XML Error: Opening and ending tag mismatch: TABLES line 3 and TABLE at line 18. Opening and ending tag mismatch: XMLDB line 2 and TABLES at line 19. Extra content at the end of the document at line 20.

      The error is self-explaning. See the install.xml to see the broken XML structure.
