SSO from app to moodle site when using non-native plugins

      When tapping the link in the app to non-natively-supported moodle plugins (e.g. Tin Can), the app presents the web login form to that moodle.

      Ideally, the app should take care of logging in to the activity, even if it has to have the web browser window/pane actually deliver the plugin activity/resource.
