iOS: When a video is played from the app, it always displays 'Load Error' after viewing

      Steps to reproduce (iOS8, Phone):

      1. Go to the teaching with Moodle course -> General -> Video folder
      2. Download one of the videos and watch it.
      3. Once finished the page displayed shows 'Load Error' (See attached screenshot):
