      Moodle 2.8 includes all the Web Services currently used by the application, we need to:

      • Update the app to detect if that services are enabled
      • Create a new version of the local_mobile plugin for Moodle 2.8

        4.
        		 Upgrade the Airnotifier instance to latest version Sub-task Resolved Juan Leyva
        5.
        		 Release the message_airnotifier plugin version compatible with Airnotifier v2 Sub-task Resolved Juan Leyva
