1- remove action-sheet from the config button => go directly to the account page
2- on the sync page:
a) add (it's easy to put in the tableview footer) a switch ON/OFF called "Send automatically".
b) rename the button 'Send all' => 'Send now'. The button should appear only when "Send automatically is OFF.
c) the button 'Task queue' need to be always enabled otherwise user can not change the settings.
d) put a message 'Nothing to send' when there is nothing to send.
