Audio (mp3) and video (mp4) files are not playing in the iOS Moodle Mobile app.

After downloading an audio file and tapping it to open, a new window opens, followed by the system media player opening with the error message "unsupported URL." Closing the media player displays a window with the text "Load Error" at the bottom.

After downloading an mp4 video file, a new window opens displaying a play button with a line through it, and the text "Load Error" at the bottom of the window.

Logs are unhelpful - the relevant entry before both audio and video files are opened looks like this:

Is it possible this is related to this Cordova bug? https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-6051
