I'm the admin for my organization's Moodle course. Recently, two users who reported being able to log on in the past, are no longer able to access the course. Their user names/passwords, which have not changed, are deemed incorrect in the login page. When I try to enter using their login/passwords, I am able to get in. I told them to clean their cookies/disable antiviruses, but no luck. I also changed their user names and passwords a few times, and they still can not log in. If I create an entirely new account for them (with a different email address), they still can not get on. Any tips?
