In order to allow old Moodle sites (2.4, 2.5, 2.6...) to benefit of all the current app features we are going to develop a new add-one called "local_mobile"

Once installed, all the features of the Mobile app will become available to the app users

This plugin creates a new Service with all the current Mobile functions implemented in recent versions.

We need to add support to this in the current app, we are going to detect if the extended service is installed and enabled in order to create token for users for this service.

Notice that this plugin will also have the settings for enabling SSO (CAS Shibbolet) in Moodle sites.
