On tablets, the TinyMCE editor is resized to a very small height when the keyboard is opened:

Also, the menu can end up in the wrong position if the page scrolls when the keyboard is closed:

We should improve how the editor height is calculated and avoid unnecessary resizing or scrolling when the keyboard opens or closes.
