This issue should be tested in one Android and one iOS device.

This issue needs to be tested in a 4.4 or newer site, don't test it in older sites. Testing 1 site is enough.

In a label (Text and media) or similar, add a video using webm format. This is the default format used when recording media using Tiny/Atto, but in Moodle 5.0 the admin can change the default to mp3. Please make sure the video lasts a few seconds. In ~~MDL-84313~~ there is a video attached that you can use if you prefer, and we also have a few already created in our testing sites.

In the app, open the course/section and check that the video plays fine and you can play the whole video, it doesn't stop after 4 seconds or so.

In the app RecordRTC videos aren't reproduced in full, you can only reproduce the first few seconds.

This is not a regression. It happens both on Android device (4.5, 4.4) and an iPad (4.5).

It is worth mentioning :

you can PTR the activity (at least in the case of a 'Text and media area' in a section)
you can download the content and then it works. Even if you delete the data downloaded.

will be (partly) resolved by

MDL-84313 webm and ogv cannot be played fully in the app because the range headers are blocked by CORS
