Revise behaviour of quiz for site admins

      Hi,

      Teacher cannot attempt a quiz (OK); BUT the site admin can (which they shouldn't) althought the attempt is only saved as a preview. I think strings should be changed from 'Attempt quiz' and 'Re-attempt quiz' to 'Preview quiz now'.
