Looking at the bundle analysis of the app, moment seems to be the biggest external dependency. This is not justified given how little we use it in the app; Angular & Ionic should be the biggest dependencies instead. Furthermore, the library was declared legacy in 2020, so we shouldn't be using it.

One solution would be to replace it with an alternative like dayjs, but this would also be a good opportunity to revisit how we work with dates and consider using native APIs instead.
