Update behat test for "submitted" attempts state

      • Run behat tests with `--tags="mod_quiz&&app"` against Moodle 4.3 and 4.4.
      • Confirm that the test runs are successful

      Until we have proper support for "Submitted" quiz attempts (MDL-68806) the app will continue to use the existing web services which return "Submitted" states as "Finished" with no marks.

      This requires a few small updates to the app's behat tests for LMS 4.4+.
