When viewing the course page and downloads page in the app, if there is a custom icon for an activity, the icon does not display correctly on Android devices, but it works on iOS devices.

For example, in the case of the External tool activity - LTI, we created a custom external tool with an icon from the current Moodle site, and I named it 'The external custom tool'. Please refer to the attachments.
