      1. Open a course in the app, this should cache the course contents.
      2. In the LMS, change some of the course contents (for example, the name of a module).
      3. Close the app and open it again, go to the course and make sure that the new content has not been loaded (it would require a PTR, but don't do it).
      4. Open developer options (App settings > About > version number > [click 5 times on complication info] > Developer options).
      5. Click on the button next to "Invalidate caches", and wait the process to complete.
      6. Close the app and open it again, go to the course contents and make sure that the new information is loaded.

There are various parts of the app that are optimized using caches, for example many webservices. Most of these can be invalidated performing PTR in the screens where they're affected, but there is currently no way to invalidate all the caches in the app.

The idea for this task is to add a new option in app settings to invalidate all of them.
