Schedule calendar notifications when adding a new site

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In browser, create a new calendar event to happen in a bit more than an hour (e.g. 1 hour and 5 minutes from now).
      2. In the app, add a new site with a user that has access to that event.
      3. Wait until it's 1 hour to the event without opening the calendar. Check that you receive a notification about the event (by default it's 1 hour before).

      Right now, when the app starts, we fetch the next events of all stored sites and we schedule their notifications. However, this doesn't happen when adding a new site, so events notifications for new sites are only scheduled when the user opens the calendar or the app is restarted.
