Revise icons on gradebook

      Hi,

      On a 4.1 Moodle site some icons are different on browser than on app:

      • The outcomes icon doesn't look like the outcomes icon on the LMS. For example 'Avegare lecture':

      • The EXTERNAL TOOL icon on LMS is usually the puzzle piece like on the app. There is a couple of cases that on LMS don't look like the puzzle piece therefore they look different in the app:
        • "1.3 Graded (IFrame)"
           
        • "LTI timeline"
