We upgraded to Moodle 2.4 so that our Android users would be able to use the mobile app. However, when I installed the app on my Android (2.3.4) phone, I was able to sign in and see my course list, but when I touch anything, even to scroll, the app automatically closes.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but that doesn't seem to help. We are so excited about the app, but we can't promote it to our students unless we know it is working correctly. A fix on this issue would be most appreciated.
