Test in one device and any testing site. Install the plugin attached in this issue if needed (right now it's already installed in our 4.4 site). Make sure Dashboard and Site home page are NOT disabled (with the mobile features setting on site). Check Home tab (the one with the gauge icon) is shown on main menu bar and both tabs (Dashboard and Site home) are shown inside. There will also be a tab from a plugin called: Main menu home dummy Disable Site home (with the mobile features setting on site) and check Home tab is shown and only Dashboard and the plugin tab are available when entering the tab (it can require app restart or synchronizing the site in app settings). Now disable both Site home and Dashboard and check Home tab is yet available (it can require app restart or synchronizing the site in app settings) and it shows the new plugin tab. Now enable only Site home and check Home tab is shown and only Site home page and the plugin tab are available when entering the tab (it can require app restart or synchronizing the site in app settings). You can uninstall the plugin (Main menu home dummy) from Local plugins. And do the test again. this tab won't be shown and on step 4, the Home bottom tab should not appear.
