File transfer in Android doesn't support redirects

      Test on Android and iOS.

      1. Create a label and embed the image: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/30/Haine.jpg
      2. Access the course in the app.
      3. Verify that the image is displayed.
      4. Download the course and switch the device to offline.
      5. Refresh the page.
      6. Verify that the image is displayed.

      When the file to download has a redirect, the file transfer downloads a file with 0 bytes. This works fine in iOS.

      This can be tested in school demo:

      • Junior mathematics course, there are some images in the General section description that aren't displayed in Android.
      • Class and Conflict in World cinema, there are some images in the General section description as well with the same issue (Android only).
