Content scrolling issue on iOS (3.9.5) on landscape mode

      We have a scrolling issue on iPhone iOS when we upgrade the mobile app to 3.9.5.

      When we scroll a page with long content in landscape mode. If we touch the screen, the scroll will auto-scroll up to a certain height.

      This issue is only occurring on iPhone(not happen on iPad).

      I'm not sure if it is the app or Ionic issue.

      This issue doesn't happen on 3.9.4
