Need a new @route("/accesskeys/").

What we want to achieve:

• a site should be able to broadcast and send individual message. It should be able to broadcast only to the register token to itself (so Airnotifier needs to know which token is linked to which site). So each site should have a personal access key => Airnotifier admin can disable a site. This is only useful if:
  • a site can not request multiple access keys
  • we can clearly confirm that it's the right site (like the registration confirmation process)
• a device should be able to create a token and mention which site can access to it.
