This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device. In web as teacher, add a link to a PDF file using the tokenpluginfile URL. There's one already added in Master > MM Dev Testing > Resource: Book, in the section description. In the app, go to the place where the link was added. Go back to the previous page, wait a few seconds and open the page with the link again. This is to make sure that the app has loaded the local URL, there's an issue to improve this:  MOBILE-3897 . Click the link. Check that the file is opened directly, without being opened in browser.
