During the 3.9.5 release we detected that, in iOS 14, if you rotate the device while viewing a drag and drop question the elements are badly positioned. It seems this is caused because the resize event is triggered too soon, when one of the window sizes hasn't been updated yet. I did a quick fix for the drag&drops, but we should review all the resizes events and maybe replace them for a custom event that handles this case.
