Part of the navigation to subpages in single activity course formats is broken. The index component loads fine, but trying to open a subpage usually fails. We should review all activities, and for activities with split view we should also check that it works fine both in mobile and in tablet.

E.g. glossary is mostly broken, and forum in mobile view is broken too.
