Let links specify if they should be opened in InAppBrowser

      Test the app on any device of your choice:

      1. On dev master > Dev testing course > Links to Capture.
      2. Click on Google in app and check the link opens in the inapp browser.
      3. Click on Google in browser and check the link opens in the system browser.
      4. Check Custom menu items open in the selected place (as before).

      Test the app on a simulator (Dev driven):

      1. Open config.json and set forceOpenLinksIn to app.
      2. Repeat the test above and check both links opens  in the inapp browser. Except Custom menu items.
      3. Open config.json and set forceOpenLinksIn to browser.
      4. Repeat the test above and check both links opens  in the system browser. Except Custom menu items.

      Right now if a user clicks in the app a link created in Moodle, it's opened in browser if it cannot be opened in the app. We should allow adding some attribute to specify that you want that link to be opened in InAppBrowser.

      We should try with data attributes checking that Moodles does not remove them for students.
