Tested on HTC Desire 2.3 and Nexus 4 - 4.2.2

Connect as student
First course content
Click on 'show all row' (Not on the text only - if you click on the text you see the effect)
=> nothing happens. However if you wait few seconds, the acitvity list appears. But I guess it's be a long time that the user tried to touch everything and had ever more change to wreck the app.

Solution:
a) display the clickable effect (MOBILE-352)
b) loading icon on the right side of the column (MOBILE-260 => sadly I would recommend on powerful phone to note display it => dilemna. It's why I think a) is better)
